Owing to multiple Class 37 failures during the summer of 2004, Arriva Train Northern were forced to hire in several replacement Class 37s to operate their Knaresborough-Leeds-Carlisle-Leeds-Knaresborough loco-hauled services. Set on the 12th July 2004, this scenario sees you drive 37408 on the top and tailed 37 and Mk2 set between Milford West Sidings and Leeds, via York and Knaresborough. 37698 takes up the rear in place of the scheduled 37405.
