Introduction
Thank you for downloading this scenario, I hope that you enjoy it and find it fulfilling. All services are taken from the correct working timetables of the period and in some cases running to time might not yield the best reward.
Requirements
This scenario works best with the 64-bit version of Train Simulator (32-bit is untested). As well as needing the West Coast Mainline Northwest and Scotland route (see the following link – West Coast Mainline (WCML) Northwest and Scotland – Preston to Glasgow & Edinburgh – Alan Thomson Simulation ) you will also need the following DLC:

Installation
To install please copy the enclosed ‘Content’ folder to your Railworks folder. This is a “Standard” scenario and is named SS 1S71 The Cornish Scot northbound (Part 2). Please make sure that you have all of the scenario requirements before you attempt to run the scenario.

Thanks very much for the update! Much appreciated. I see however that no file in the download has been modified after 14/02/23, so could it be the case that the actual file on ATS is still the old version?
Have a similar issue, having stoped a carlisle, the points the freight train in front uses to get into the depot dont reset to main line, loved the senario up to this point
How strange. I do love how TSC can throw unique and unexpected spanners in the works. Are you familiar with the Scenario Editor at all Werner U156? Only thing I can suggest really is that you remove the freight train as it only serves as a purpose to slow things down as the real life timetable is so slack you end up running about 10 minutes early in Carlisle. If you remove it then I would imagine that your problem would be solved. Let me know if you need assistance. Good luck, Simon

Hi Mick. It´s a troublesome signal, a route issue. For me on this scenario it cleared just fine and I was also able to arrive and depart at the booked times too. Yep just one of those annoying little TSC things that we have all come to know so well.

Enjoying the scenarios. Unfortunately there appears to be an issue with this one. You catch a train up which sits in Carlisle platform preventing a right time departure. Sometimes the signal at the end of the platform clears & sometimes it doesn’t. If it does, it reverts to red before you pass it. Ive run the scenario 3 times always with the same issue unfortunately. Not sure if its just me. Really enjoying your west coast stuff.
