1W16 11.10 Milford Haven – Manchester Piccadilly (2018) – Updated
27th October 2023Hi, and thank you for downloading this 60 minute scenario for the South Wales Main Line (de-branded) route by DTG. This is an update of a scenario that I originally released in 2019, which has been moved over to the de-branded route and updated with some newer products.
To install, simply copy the enclosed ‘Content’ folder to your Railworks folder. This is a ‘Standard’ scenario and is named “[MJC] 1W16 1110 Milford Haven – Manchester Piccadilly (Updated)”
Summary
Earlier today, 175011 working 1V31 04.50 Crewe – Milford Haven was failed at Cardiff, and the only unit available to replace it was 142006. Now on the return run, the 11.10 Milford Haven to Manchester Piccadilly, you will take the leg to Cardiff Central calling at Neath, Port Talbot and Bridgend. At Cardiff Central, a replacement unit will be provided for the journey onwards. Meanwhile, some passengers will need convincing that this really is the Manchester service! Unlike most others in the ATW fleet, this unit has lost its branding in readiness for the end of the franchise in a few months. Year: 2018.

Hi thanks for uploading, but could you when packaging the scenario package it into the content folder rather than the scenario itself it is a bit of a ball ache with those long hex numbers deciphering which route to put it in.

Hi Martin. The scenario is packaged as per the community guidelines. Have you unzipped the download folder first before trying to access it? You need to do this first. Standard format is to enclose everything within a ‘Content’ folder, which you can then simply drag and drop into your Railworks folder, as per the installation instructions in the enclosed scenario guide. Hope this helps.
