On the 16th of April 2022, Intercity Tours ran a railtour from Manchester to Great Yarmouth.The route taken was
via the Hope Valley line to Sheffield.Then it went via the rural lines via Retford Low Level,Lincoln and Spalding
to Peterborough, before carrying onto Great Yarmouth, via Ely and Norwich.On the return journey the route taken
was the same as the outward journey except there was a fast run from Peterborough to Retford up the East Coast Mainline.
