91002 Rescue (1989) – 1G68 10:00 Bounds Green – Doncaster West Yard
1st October 2023In the summer of 1989, the class 91 had started work on services to Leeds and York, but without Mk4 stock, and the locomotives were still going through different tests.
91002 was heading the 1G68 test working from Bounds Green towards Doncaster. It failed at Newark during testing of its new SEPEX gearbox with carriages and a class 43 working as a DVT.
You will set up 37355 from cold and head out of Doncaster to rescue the failed test train. Couple up and drag the consist from Newark back into Doncaster works where the loco’s gearbox will be reconfigured.

Do I need to tab the red signal.so I can link up with the class 91?.thx
I think there might be issues because I didnt have an updated version of the ap 37 vol 2. I will update the scenario with the updated player train. I dont think you should need to tab to couple up though.
I went past the red signal. Scenario come up with that I passed a red signal.still got a tick though
for some reason.i could not link up with the class 91.
Loads up fine for me.for some reason the breaks won’t release on the class 37.thx

I had a problem with this scenario. Although the scenario loads up when I get to Doncaster up fast I get this message
says game over error the player train has left the path to Newark Northgate platform 3. I have all the requirements so not sure why this happed as i was looking forward to playing this scenario. Many thanks John Cannon
Thats a shame. Make sure you stop at the up fast marker and don’t go past it. I never had that problem otherwise while testing.
