Background:
With Colas announcing the sale of their Class 60s to GBRf in July 2018, the final months of operation in the orange and yellow of Colas was underway. A staple of the 6B32 service the Class 60 had operated the frequent Craiginches Aberdeen to Oxwellmains cement service since 2016, holding the coveted title of being the only freight service pathed through Edinburgh Waverley. Upon the departure of the Class 60s the 6B32 service
is now operated by Colas’ more modern Class 70 locomotives.

Scenario:
Today you will be operating the final leg of the 6B32 service from Craiginches to Oxwellmains, you have taken over the service at Edinburgh Waverley where upon departure you will drive the relatively short journey to Oxwellmains on a stunning May evening, however, distruption on the East Coast Mainline earlier in the day
around Stevenage has delayed a lot of Scotland bound services, with some services running up to an hour late. You may be held at signals during the journey as passenger services have priority over you so do be aware of yellows and reds throughout the run. Once you arrive at Oxwellmains you will uncouple the Class 60 from the wagons and then shunt the locomotive into the sidings where it will be shut down.
