2Y91 09:03 London Cannon Street to Beckenham Junction

2nd February 2024 2 By MrDreamliner

Hello! This is one scenario for Steam Workshops’ “Southeastern Mainline: London to Kent” route…

DESCRIPTION:
An oddity of the midweek Southeastern timetable is the inclusion of a once-a-day direct service from London’s Cannon Street terminus to Beckenham Junction. Usually served as a through station by the Victoria to Orpington stopping services, this is the only example of such a service, with the return trip in the evening going through instead to Charing Cross. On a wonderful July morning, take control of a pair of Class 465s on this service – 2Y91 – the 09:03 from Cannon Street. Year: 2011
