This is one scenario for the WCML Missing Link Phase 3 and utilises the track between Preston & Crewe.

Set in the Summer of 2019, you take the controls of 90042 Hauling the ‘Up Highlander’ portion of the Caledonian Sleeper from Scotland – London as far as Crewe. Due to signaling issues in the Lockerbie area earlier on in the night, you are running 30 minutes late. As a result you are permitted to drive at 100mph in order to make up some time en route to Crewe. Your usual speed would be 80mph.
**NOTE**
You will be held just outside of Crewe waiting for the line to clear, shortly after passing this signal there is another signal but for some reason displays red and cannot be tabbed, there is nothing i can do to fix this so your brakes will come on, sorry.
