It’s a warm September evening in Berkshire and today you’ll be in charge of First Great Western’s 1C90 17:06 Paddington-Temple Meads service that runs via the B&H and Avon Valley before re-joining the GWML at Bathampton Junction. You join the service just outside Reading after following delayed 1C89 and upon departure will call Theale, Thatcham, Newbury, Kintbury, Hungerford, Bedwyn, Pewsey, Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath Spa and Bristol Temple Meads.
