It’s the 17th September 1983 and an unusual day for the North Wales Coast. Due to 40079 being enforced onto a Skegness train, many ‘bashers’ had abandoned the Welsh coast in favour. However, normal service still resumes. Take control of 40126 at the head of the 1324 service to Scarborough. Year: 1983
