Hi, and thank you for downloading this 95 minute scenario for the South Wales Main Line (de-branded) route by DTG.
To install, simply copy the enclosed ‘Content’ folder to your Railworks folder. This is a ‘Standard’ scenario and is named “[MJC] 6Z62 0850 Llandarcy Refinery – Llanwern”

This is a revamp of a scenario originally released in 2019.

Summary
On an ad-hoc basis, heated oil was supplied from the refinery at Llandarcy for the steelworks at Llanwern. You are in charge of one such working hauled by metals sector 37293 on an August morning. Year: 1993.

You are in NRN area 040 for the whole of this run. Maximum speed is 60mph. There is an inconvenient 30mph TSR for freight traffic near Margam, just before the climb to Stormy.

Please note that the loco has been preset for disc brake simulation to match the wagons, however you are advised to make early and fairly hard brake applications in order to slow the train effectively approaching signals and speed restrictions.
