Lockerbie Loop Fix
11th August 2020This will fix the routing on both the WCML North, and WCML Northwest & Scotland merge routes at Lockerbie, where all traffic was routing via the Down Loop.
The only thing that will go into the Down Loop now is Freight! (Unless you tell it not to!)
Any Passenger traffic will route via the Down Main now, unless you specify it to run via the Down Loop.
REQUIREMENTS:
WCML North (Steam)
WCML Northwest & Scotland (ATS)
Can anyone do some sprinter combos such as 150+153, 150+158, 156+153 etc?
Chris. Thanks for this. It has been a pain in the a*** on what was otherwise a brilliant route merge. If only something could be done about Birmingham-Bristol extended QD northbound to avoid the turn off to Worcester and allow continuation via Bromsgrove to Birmingham on the actual XC route! I don’t suppose you’d look at thia one too? (Please imagine this said in a pleading voice).

Chris many thanks, if I might ask you to spare somtime and use your skills, on the ECML Merge around Craigentinny “Leith Dock cross overs” the main line is 90mph when Crosssing it Drops with no warnings to 15 MPH so you get a speeding fault. I did ask on ATS for a fix sometime ago, but nothing as been posted. if you can do a fix that would be “brilliant”.

Sadly, I am unable to fix this. I went into the editor and the line speed is set to 90mph, therefore I can only assume it is an issue with the amount of track rules that the merge possesses, which is something I don’t have experience in dealing with, and any alterations I make could be catastrophic! Apologies.
