In the early 2000s some class 365s operated by WAGN were fitted with an Experimental Cab Air conditioning unit to the front with the box protruding out the front, the result of these experimental units later resulted in the entire 365 fleet being fitted with cab air conditioning but with a revised casing on the front which gave birth to the infamous “happy face” on the trains
