6th March 2021This is a scenario following 6Q42 0836 Ely Mlf Papworth Sidings to Eastleigh Works-alstom-fl between Ely Papworth and Cambridge. This was a working that happened on the 3rd March 2021.
This also comes with a reskin of the DTG Trainload BR Class 60 Loco into DCRail Freight Grey livery, as worn by 60029, 60046 and 60055. The reskin is by no means perfect, but is rather a stop gap for this scenario that I wanted to make, until a better version comes along from the likes of AP or Brad Harding, for example. All it requires is the DTG Trainload BR Class 60 Loco.

I love the Class 60 reskin by the way. Would you mind uploading the reskin as a standalone version so that people can use it in their own scenarios? Also could you consider making other liveries as a stop gap until the AP Class 60 Enhancement Pack comes along? I like the work you have done by the way and I hope you won’t mind me using this Class 60 reskin in my scenarios? I will reference this scenario for the Class 60 repaint in my requirements. Oh and keep up the great work as always mate.
Thanks for the kind words. I chose not to upload the reskin separately as it’s only a short term stop gap until a better one comes along. People can download this and just install the reskin as they are two separate packages within this download. I won’t be making any more Class 60 reskins for the foreseeable future as better ones are already being made by other people – I just quickly threw this one together to make this specific scenario. How did you get the Class 60 to couple up directly to the HST? I wasn’t able to do this
Hi, sorry to hear you’re having issues. I see you haven’t downloaded this scenario, so I assume you asking how to couple them in your own scenario. I wasn’t able to couple the 60 to the 43 in the scenario editor. I had to drive up to the 43 in the 60 and get very close to the two locos, and then press CTRL + SHIFT + C to couple them, while playing the scenario. Hope this helps!
