On a very wet summers morning you will be taking charge of service 687A, a DB Freight Class 66 hauled rake of Laaeks 553 wagons loaded with new cars bound for dealerships around Glasgow and the West of Scotland. In this scenario you will be driving the service as far as Willesden Railnet Reception on the North London & Goblin Lines route.

To get the best experience from this scenario, and get all the AI movements in proper sync we recommend sticking to the actual scheduled passing times for the route, which are as follows Depart Dagenham Dock Reception (13:58), Barking (14:12), Woodgrange Park (14:16), Wanstead Park (14:17:30), Leytonstone High Road (14:20), Leyton Midland Road (14:21:30), Walthamstow Queens Road (14:24:30), Blackhorse Road (14:27), South Tottenham (14:31), Harringay Green Lanes (14:34:30), Crouch Hill (14:37), Upper Holloway (14:39), STOP at Gospel Oak Signal NL1306 (14:42 – 14:44:30), Gospel Oak (14:46:30), Hampstead Heath (14:48:30), Finchley Road & Frognal (14:51), West Hampstead (14:52), Brondesbury (14:53:30), Brondesbury Park (14:55), Kensal Rise (14:57). The scenario will end when you pass through Willesden Railnet Reception reflecting the fact that it does not actually stop until it reaches Wembley Euro Freight Operations Centre which is not featured in this route.

This run has been based on accurate train times verified against Realtime Trains. The train units used has been done based on guess work so may not be entirely accurate, some units for examples Class 357’s, have been substituted with Class 387’s, I could have used Class 170’s which have the same body as the 357, though felt it would be more authentic to use an electric unit. On the Gospel Oak to Barking stretch all Class 710’s have been substituted with Class 172 Turbostars due to the line not being electrified in the game.
