DESCRIPTION:
Throughout the week, the Derwent Valley branch line sees a near hourly service with the branch being served by a single unit for the majority of the day with the exceptions being the few Matlock to St Pancras services operated by Midland Mainline early morning and late evening. To conclude your shift for the day you oversee 170516 on a round trip of the route from Derby to Matlock and return before finishing for the day and “passing” on a sister service to Nottingham. Year: 2002
