To install, simply extract the .zip file using whichever software you have and copy the ‘Content’ folder to your RailWorks install “usually” found here:

Hello driver, you begin this scenario having been brought to a stand south of Stafford waiting a road. Please get yourself set up, wait your signal to clear and get on the move as soon as you can. You are working the penultimate Anglo Scots express of the night and you have recently repainted 86233 (E3172) ‘Alstom Heritage’ for your traction standing in for the booked class 90. You are already running a little behind schedule but there have been a few problems this evening with points failures and late running trains so it might not be the fastest journey to Preston. You will call at Crewe, Warrington, Wigan and Preston where you will be relieved by a Glasgow crew for the remainder of the trip. Keep your eyes peeled and enjoy the drive. Included with the download is a comprehensive manual with links to all the requirements, please take your time to read this.

Hi John.
I have only recentely downloaded 1S90 (86223) and on loading the edit window appears as I expected informing the following stock could not be found. (BC) KTA 40FT QD Worldwide x 2, 3 X (BC) Class 175’s being DMSL A, MSL A & DMSL C all being Ap obviosly the original Armstrong Powerhouse version. In addition I cannot find anywhere on this site irrespective of It being stated as a requirement from ATS of (Bodge) Class 325 DTPMV & MPMV vehicles. Further more if you click the TS Edit window as mention above it crashes the scenario. Having read the list of requirements I can understand the KTA’s and Class 175’s albeit I haven’t a clue on how to swap the stock. I am struggling to understand why 325 vegicles are not available on software which is barely 18 monts old. ca you please help/advice
Hi Michael, this is going to be a bit of a confusing reply, hope it makes some sense to you. This particular scenario was released back in February of 2021. In the time since it was released, a number of products have been superseded by newer products of (usually) higher quality or a more advanced version. So to go through your queries in order:
>>The Class 175s are indeed the original pack as the 2.0 version wasn’t out when this was released.
>>The KTA wagons are also from the original South Wales Coastal route from Steam, not the current unbranded version as likewise, that hadn’t been released when this was published.
>>In the case of the 325 vehicles you are missing, these were a download which was available from this website but have now been superseded and taken down by the creator since the release of the Class 325 Enhancement Pack from AP. So the particular reskins it’s looking for you can’t get now as they relied on an old AP Sound Pack which is also not available anymore since the release of the Enhancement Pack.
>>Also worth a mention is the upgrades and extensions the route has had since this scenario was originally released. At the time of publishing it was simply Stafford to Preston and Liverpool. No route via Stoke-on-Trent back then but since that extension has been added, some scenarios which were built on older versions of the route will crash the current version as there will be too many AI services for the larger route to deal with.
If you would really like me to, I may have the chance to try and go through this and edit out all the now defunct stock, replace with current and try to ensure that it will run on the current version of the route. However, if you would like a similar experience to this scenario, albeit with a class 87 rather than an 86, can I suggest you try this scenario linked here:

I have a problem when this scenario loads the class 86 does not show in the consist the coaches are there i have the class 86 ep. the cab view is fine not the outside of the class 86
John, thank you for your comment. Sorry you’re having a slight issue with the 86. I can assure you that when tested by me and someone else, all worked fine. As well as the 86 loco and the Enhancement Pack from AP you do also require the ‘Virgin Trains West Coast Loco Hauled Pack’ off ATS as mentioned in the requirements as this provides the reskin of 86233 (for the player’s train).
