Background:

During both the morning and evening peak the Borders Railway services from Tweedbank are extended to
and from Glenrothes at the top of the Fife Circle. One of these services is 2T54 the 1652 service from
Glenrothes to Tweedbank, which you will drive today. You will call at Kirkcaldy, Kinghorn, Burntisland, Aberdour,
Dalgety Bay, Inverkeithing, North Queensferry, Dalmeny, Edinburgh Gateway, South Gyle, Haymarket, Edinburgh
Waverley and then onto Brunstane and Newcraighall where the scenario will end. Hopefully in future phases
of Network ScotEast I’ll be able to extend the scenario to its final destination of Tweedbank. Traffic is beginning
to pick up as the evening peak services are beginning to start however it is looking like a peaceful night on the
network with no issues to report.

All the services in the scenario have the correct unit allocations for the date, thanks to Realtime Trains.
