In the early 1990s, Regional Railways ran trains from Manchester to Cardiff using their Class 158 ‘Express Sprinter’ units starting from Piccadilly, going via Stockport, Crewe, Shrewsbury, Hereford and Newport to Cardiff. This afternoon, you’ve taken over service 1V77 at Shrewsbury and you’re finishing it’s journey to Cardiff Central. Year: 1992.
