Glad you enjoyed the run!
The Departmental Hoppers Pack and Salmon Bogie Flats Wagon Pack from SSS are also requirements for this scenario.
Aren’t they included in the Departmental Wagons Collection bundle?
You’re right. Their website confused me. I thought “Departmental Wagon Pack” equated to “Departmental Wagon Collection”. To make things even more confusing there is no mention of the Departmental Wagon Collection on the Download Shop menu.
The only way the website prompts you about the existence of the Departmental Wagon Collection is when you try to buy the Departmental Hoppers pack. Bizarrely, it does not bring to light the existence of the Wagon Collection when you try to purchase the other three packs individually.
That is awful UI/UX. Maybe you could contact SSS about making the Departmental Wagons Collection more prominent in the store.
