One strange Saturday only diagram after the Stagecoach takeover of the Midland Mainline was the turn of a full 2+8 HST set visiting Corby post-evening peak. After arriving on a fast express from Nottingham, the set would travel to Corby and back before running back to Derby as one of the last trains of the day. Tonight, is no exception as newly refreshed and East Mids branded 43055 heads up 43073 and set NL08 with 1K71 for Corby – you are lead driver from St Pancras through to Bedford. Year: 2009
