[UFS] – 1Z15 1401 LINCOLN – DIDCOT PARKWAY23rd February 2022
Drive Direct Rail Services 66434 with 68018 on the rear from Lincoln as you work 1Z15 the 14:01 Link N’ Chord departure to Didcot as far as Newark North Gate.Year: 202This is a 30 minute engaging standard scenario for the Just Trains Midland Mainline driving 66434 working the Lincoln – Newark North Gate leg of Link N’ Chord.
To make this scenario as realistic as possible I have used Working Timetables, photographic sources as well as allocations to hopefully portray the scenario as realistic as possible.
Good afternoon driver, today you are in charge of working Pathfinder’s Railtour ‘Link N’ Chord’ between
Lincoln and Newark North Gate. Due to earlier storm damage and delays the tour was delayed on its run up to
Lincoln meaning the passengers did not have a leg stretch at Lincoln. Discussions have been made with the
signallers who have agreed to let the tour run early and divert into Newark North Gate platform 3 allowing the
passengers to have a leg stretch, where your colleague will take the tour forward.
A 30 minute scenario packed full of A.I. traffic and designed to represent a realistic representation of this particular working.
