Its summer 2019 and the WCML is closed for a week at Acton Grange Junction south of Warrington Bank Quay. Various diversions are in place for different services including the DB operated mail trains. Class 325s working in multiple haven’t been cleared over the recently electrified Chat Moss route so Class 90s are hauling the units throughout their journey. Take charge of a northbound run between Manchester Piccadilly and Warrington RMT running in between all the usual and extra diverted services. Adverse signals expected!
