Package My Scenario V2 script

This script will package a scenario for you. This version fixes issues in the previous version caused by drag and drop not working correctly when file paths contain spaces. Drag and drop is no longer used in this version to eliminate these issues. It is still easy to use.

Requirements
Windows 10 (requires PowerShell to exist on the machine)
Train Simulator

Setup
You first need to extract the PackageMyScenarioV2.zip into a folder somewhere on your harddrive. It will contain 7za.exe which is a stand-alone zip program used to compress files.

PMSV2_ReadMe.rtf has been provided and includes instructions for how to use this.
