Place the file, ‘IsleOfWightSceneryMod.pak’ (which can be found in the zip) into ‘GAME_LOCATION\Train Sim World 2\WindowsNoEditor\TS2Prototype\Content\DLC’
GAME_LOCATION being the address to the game e.g ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Train Sim World 2’
After putting ‘IsleOfWightSceneryMod.pak’ in the DLC folder launch the game and the PIS and Hovercraft should appear.
