DTG Class 220 Driver and Passenger Patch

This is a small patch that fixes an error that was flagged on a recent ATS stream.

The DTG Class 220 Voyager had a driver in the “Non Driver” vehicle, which I have rectified.

I have included Non-Passenger (NP) versions of each vehicle, for those empty trains in depots etc, if you wish to use them.
