This is a scenario for the SSS Keighley & Worth Valley Route.

Take recently returned to steam Bulleid Light Pacific No. 34092 ‘City of Wells’, picking up some coal at Haworth, working light up to Oxenhope to collect your train and then working north to Keighley on the 10:00 from Oxenhope. You will then run round and pick up some water before working the 10:45 back down to Oxenhope.
