This is a ‘Standard’ scenario for OTS’ Cumbrian Coast Route https://www.ontracksimulation.com/cumbriancoast.html

In this short scenario, take 86259 from Preston to Carnforth on the “Cumbrian Mountain Express”. Once at Carnforth, you will uncouple and stable the loco in readiness for 35018 “British India Line” to take over for the trip over Shap.

A clone of this scenario is included in this download, prefixed with (IHH) in the scenarios page for those who own the IHH Mk1 Pullmans. If you do not own these, play the normal scenario – the IHH Pullmans will be substituted for WCRC Mk1 FOs.
