AP Track patch for Virtual District Line (Phase 2)

Requirements:

Virtual District Line from Backdated Trainsim (and all associated requirements)
AP Track Enhancement Pack

(Note: The track patch is already included with my JT AP Patch but has also been included in the patch. This patch also replaces the ground textures for VDL)
