[LD] 9T13 0719 Bedford – Brighton (Part One)
17th March 2022Hi, this is Part 1 out of 2 scenarios for the South London Thameslink from Danny’s Workshop on Steam.
Duration: Approximately. 75 minutes.
Track Covered:
South London Thameslink (including Midland Mainline)
Installation:
To install, simply extract the .zip file using whichever software you have and copy the ‘Content’ folder to your RailWorks install “usually” found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks
Scenario Brief:
You begin this scenario on Platform 3 on a Saturday morning in 2020 at Bedford driving a Class 700122 Thameslink (12 Coaches) unit. You are working on 9V13, the 07:19 Thameslink service from Bedford to Brighton, however, in Part One you will be going as far as London Bridge. You will be driving on both Slow / Fast lines into London St Pancras this morning. The midland mainline is quite busy and there will be many Thameslink services working from Rainham – Bedford, and Brighton to Bedford vice versa. There are services to Sutton starting from St Albans City which are the slow stoppers. There is East Midlands Railway traffic which can result in your service slowing down throughout your journey into central London. Pay close attention to signals and the time of departures. Last of all, I hope that you enjoy this scenario 🙂

Hey I tried to download this scenario but it kept saying the zip file was invalid when I tried to extract it. Is the link broken or do you have another link which might work?
Hello Louis, I’m enjoying your scenario so far and just recently when I drove towards Cricklewood after going under the Brent Cross Flyover I pressed F1 to check the arrival time into West Hampstead Thameslink, the Simulator Crashed. I’ve been through this before with other scenarios having a lot of A.I Traffic and that but you think the best idea to avoid that is not to press any key while driving past a lot of A.I Traffic and stay on cab view for this one because I did it with a scenario on the GEML London-Ipswich route?
Hi Louis, I’m glad your enjoying the scenario. Only things i can suggest is to make sure you clear your cache before playing a big scenario as TS has that OOM error appear so much that can make it unplayable for many users. Try staying inside the Cab when it becomes packed with AL can sometimes avoid the PC from crashing and limiting your graphic settings a bit which can reduce the chances of it to crash. Last thing would be to check you have all the requirements as not having all can result to crashes more frequent. I’m sorry to hear about this buddy, I managed to play the scenario through, but its more of a chance and always save your progress and try again. 🙂
