500 MILE CROSS COUNTRY RUN – PART 4: Derby to Birmingham

This is the fourth part of a mini-series of scenarios, set in the present day, depicting the Cross Country service from Dundee to Plymouth – one of a number of long-distance passenger services run by Cross Country trains linking Scotland to the West Country. Part 4 runs from Derby to Birmingham New Street along Jetgriff’s Birmingham 2010 route.

The scenario uses a custom weather blueprint based on Matt Peddlesden’s guide at http://trainsimlive.blogspot.co.uk/2015/02/ts2015-scenario-scripting-in-lua-part_15.html. I used the rain texture provided on this site. The blueprint is located in the included “Railworks\Assets” folder.

I have tested the scenario to the best of my ability on my own PC and it runs without issues. Usual disclaimers apply.

INSTALLATION

Copy the included folder into the Steam folder where your TS installation is. This is usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common.
