4M88 Felixstowe – Ditton
19th August 2024These Scenarios are based on the current working timetable and cover nearly all the route taken by the real 4M88 on its journey from Felixstowe to Ditton.
I have had to use artistic licence in some instances, for example the exact route over the North London Line does not exist in TSC.
There are seven scenarios to cover the route taken.
I suggest for your peace of mind that you have async enabled. In testing I found that most scenarios only worked properly clearing the cache and restarting TSC.
Part 01 Felixstowe – Ipswich 45 minutes. Traction – Freightliner Class 66.

Part 02 Ipswich – Stratford 80 minutes. Traction – two Freightliner class 86’s which are used for the next five parts.

Part 03 Stratford – Willesden 65 minutes. This is Danny’s updated version, the scenario will not work on just the original North London Lines.

Enjoyed the run all the way apart from Part 4 on WCML South. Part 4 wouldn’t load and freezed up train sim on the loading screen. Apart from that fantastic amount of work has gone into these and I enjoyed them very much.

Did you take my advice and clear the cache in game, restarted and loaded the scenario?
Were you using the latest update for the loop?
Yes I have everything all updated. I’ve cleared the cache in game, restarted and loaded the scenario but still freezes up while loading. It’s only Part 4 that does it.
Thank you for an exceptional set of scenarios. I managed to complete 6 parts, but for some reason pt 4 would freeze the computer part way through loading, forcing a computer restart. Tried a number of times, but must be my machine, as no one else seems to have a problem. Really enjoyed the parts I was able to drive. Thank you.
