301C 1018 Carlisle Kingmoor Sdg to Carlisle Kingmoor Sdg
26th October 2020This two part scenario sees you take control of a Class 68 top-and-tailed RHTT service on the ECML between Newcastle and Little Mill Lc, just north of Alnmouth. Part One covers the Northbound run from Newcastle to Alnmouth (35 minutes) and Part Two covers the return journey back to Newcastle, including some junction work at Little Mill Lc (60 minutes). The scenario is based on a real working that occurred in 2019 and all timings are accurate to the actual workings.

I agree Mark, it certainly didn’t spoil the enjoyment of the scenarios. Suppose I am a weirdo that likes to get a “Scenario Complete” if I have done all that is asked by the creator. Thanks again for sharing.
Hi Mark, In part 1 first of all I got an X at “Go via Cramlington” and then having just passed through Morpeth I got a Game Over due to an Al collision between 1E12 and 2W13. Any ideas please?
Hi thanks for reaching out. Apologies that you’ve had an issue with the scenario, that’s not an issue that I’ve encountered when I’ve tested it. I did notice a priority error leaving Newcastle when Alan streamed it last night, but I can’t see how that would be related to 1E12 and 2W13. I am working on a fix for that and I’ll get it reuploaded ASAP. That may fix your issue, but I can’t guarantee it. Best I can advise you at the minute is check you have all the requirements, especially the DPS Class 66 GBRF ‘Royal Scotsman’ as that is the train in front of them.
Scenario has been edited and it should have fixed the pathing errors and Ai Collison. Just redownload the updated scenario from the site. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Hi again Mark, Have just driven both parts and both parts got the “Scenario Incomplete”. In part 1 I got the X at “Go Via Cramlington”. Apart from that, all OK. In part 2 the only 3 places I got ticks for were the stopping places ie – Alnmouth Loop/Little Mill and Newcastle. At all the Go Via places I got the X. I am beginning to think it must be my computer as these problems did not happen to yourself, and no one else seems to be reporting similar issues. I am sorry for the inconvenience I have caused you.
You’ve caused me no inconvenience, don’t worry about it! I noticed an error myself after release so I would’ve been fixing it anyway. It’s not ideal that the tasks aren’t completing, but as long as it allows you to complete the scenarios and all the Ai is working, I’m happy to leave it as it is.
