A bit late with this as I’ve only just downloaded the scenario, but if it helps anyone, I couldn’t find this reskin either – there is an alternative on Vulcan Productions site which will get you the correct loco, but you will then need to swap it in TS-Tools – I did and it works fine in this scenario.
