2E57 07:46 Airdrie To Balloch27th April 2019
This scenario will take approximately 74 minutes (1hr 14m) to complete.
On what starts out to be a very foggy morning in the early 90’s, you will be taking charge of 2E57, a 6 car Class 314 EMU forming the 07:46 stopping passenger service from Airdrie to Balloch.
You will be navigating your way through the peak time traffic on the lines as you call at all stations to Dalmuir via Singer, then bypassing Kilpatrick and Bowling to stop at all further stations from Dumbarton East to Balloch, where you are scheduled to arrive at 08:59.
This run has been based on accurate train times from the Scotrail timetable (9 Dec 2018 – 18 May 2019) and verified against Realtime Trains. Due to the fact that many parts of the current network either didn’t exist or were not electrified there will be variations from what the services actually were in the time when the scenario is set.
