Just posting this here for anyone looking to play this. I do not think you will be able to unless you were lucky enough to download the route before it was taken offline. I see the UK Route Designs person said they were leaving TS at the start of 2022. They said their content would still be available but it looks like the links they gave for this are all dead. The above link posted in the comments also appears to be dead.
are you able to share the southern lines route file? or even put it into a zip file and put it on the mega site.
Hi mate, for most of the route there is little or no scenery for me and the ground is filled with missing texture blocks, do you know what the requirements for this route would be?
I do not know what are the requirements, but just a guess as this route was merged with the original Portsmouth Direct Lines. So maybe the original Portsmouth Direct Lines. Also the reason why this route does not have scenery is because this route does not have any scenery. ^Ciran
Ok thank you, however I have seen other people just have plain grass where as I have missing texture blocks, do you know how to get rid of the missing texture blocks? If you don’t it is completely fine

Just downloaded the route and scenario. Do you have scenery at Southampton Central? Ive got all requirements apart from the kyle line.
Unfortunately, this route only has scenery between Portsmouth Harbour & Woking due to it being merged between the original Portsmouth Direct Line route. I am sorry about that.
