A recent fixture now the electrification of the E2G and surrounding areas is complete, is the allocation of an IC225 set on the once daily Stirling to London Kings Cross service which frees up a HST set for additional capacity on Leeds services. On a gorgeously lit Spring morning, you are in charge of this service, 1E03, from just outside Polmont through to Edinburgh Waverley. Year: 2020, we can make up some of the lost time on our way this evening. Year: 2015
