Hi there! This is my third scenario I’m uploading, so please feel free to provide any feedback on things I should add or do differently next time. I’ve been a guard for SWR for the past 6 (ish) months which has helped me create this scenario with the highest accuracy I can provide. This scenario takes you over a route I work often, but with an engineering work special! On Saturday 20/07/2024, 2Gxx services that usually run to Guildford via Cobham & Stoke D’Abernon were being diverted to terminate at Hampton Court instead, essentially creating a day of semi-fast Hampton Court services. I happened to be working this day but sadly I was assigned the 06:36 service to Hampton Court, which is the service you can see departing 3 minutes after you in-game. Ever since seeing this working on RTT, I wanted to give it a whirl in Train Sim but couldn’t find any recreations of the working or anything similar, so I took things into my own hands 🙂

For this scenario I wanted to take some feedback from my previous Hampton Court scenario into account, so for this scenario I have added destinations into the destination boards of AI trains, and as an extra touch of realism, all unit numbers (except for a 458 that I couldn’t recreate in game due to it not being in the game at time of writing) are accurate to the working of each service in reality. I can’t *guarantee* these numbers are all 100% correct as they have been taken from RTT but they will likely be the most accurate for the sake of a scenario.

There is plenty of traffic along the way and over 30 trains total in this scenario, all meticulously recreated from the timetable on 20/07/2024 with (for the most part) accurate numbers and destinations. You’re setting off nice and early on a Saturday so you should be on greens all the way into Hampton Court. Enjoy your journey!
