10th July 2023Hello, this is one ‘standard’ scenario for the lovely ’Midland Mainline Hope Valley’ route from Just Trains.

To install, simply extract the .zip file using whichever software you have and copy the ‘Content’ folder to your RailWorks install “usually” found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks
>Scenario Guide:
You begin this scenario in the Eastern Spur siding at Manchester Piccadilly where you have arrived ready to take 31465 and its test train consist as far as Sheffield as you work 5Z31 which will eventually reach Doncaster West Yard where the 31 is due to carry out overnight testing this coming week. 31465 was originally due to work a test train around the northwest two nights ago but following an air leak on the stock, was cancelled and left in the Eastern Spur at Piccadilly until a fitter was able to attend to rectify it. As you are running as a class 5 other services will be given priority, but you aren’t expecting any issues as you cross the Hope Valley this evening. Once i sorted out the oom issues towards the beginning of this scenario, this really was enjoyable. The HV route really is one of the best modelled in TS and challenging too with the ups and downs and speed changes. Well done John on this immersive scenario with lots of AI and worked really well with the weather and cloud EP. Keep em coming 🙂

The HV route (the MML in general if you’ve got a few of the extensions) can be really awkward with OOM issues, especially with lots of AI, but I do still love the route, think it’s excellent.
