A scenario for the Southampton to Salisbury Route Extension.
Briefing: This Pathfinder Railtour ran on Saturday 9th December 2023 from Eastleigh to Chester. In this Scenario you will drive a pair of WCRC Class 33’s from Eastleigh to Salisbury. This Railtour has been ‘shoehorned’ with regular services so don’t be surprised if you experience delays!
Duration: 55 minutes.

Looks like a good scenario, I am about to start it however have had to change quite a few bits.
I seem to get an error around St Denys, this is due to not specifying a path for the train e.g Northam Down Fast so it messes up the dispatcher.
You have used SWR reskins which were only ever put on a few trains yet they feature on all the stock in this scenario.
There are no destinations provided on any trains.

Many thanks for your feedback. I have just downloaded the scenario from the ATS site and when I run it don’t get the same issues around St Denys. Unlike your experience the dispatcher routes the service via Northam Down Fast, which is what I would expect.
Not sure about your comment about the SWR reskins. I seem to remember the research I conducted at the time of creation, suggested that virtually all Class 444 and 450’s were sporting the new SWR livery. Having not travelled on this route for a number of years my assumptions may well be incorrect.
Take your point about train destinations. Apart from the player train I have always considered destinations on AI trains ‘a nice to have’, rather than ‘essential’. Following your comment I’ll have to change this philosophy going forward!!!
