If you are receiving the ‘invalid login’ message above then please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

1 – Log into the site

2 – Log in with your Google or Facebook account

3 – You will be redirected to ‘My Account’ If you are not redirected click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the site.

Then click on ‘Edit Profile’

4 – Make a note of your username and email address

5 – Scroll down the page and you will have the option to create a password.

6 – Click on ‘Edit Profile’ to save the password.

7 – Back on the ATS Install Tool use your email or username and the password you have just created.
