Hi here we have a scenario for the Railways of Devon and Cornwall inc Bristol backdated 1995 -2005 available on ATS. 

Description: It’s based on the summer 1997 WTT. You are taking over Virgin’s XC 06:04 Derby – Paignton just outside Bristol TM, calling at Bristol TM, Weston SM, Taunton, Exeter SD, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Newton abbot, Torquay, Paignton, then take the empty stock to Goodrington sidings.

Notes: I had issues when first loading it, but I have tried my best to resolve this, make sure you have the latest version of the route. depending on your set up you may need to load the route with a different scenario first then go back to it.
