Hello and thanks for looking at this scenario for DTG’s Southampton to Bournemouth route.

Description: Back when post was almost always transported by rail, in the southern region class 73s were always a favourite alongside 33s and 47s for the job. In this scenario you have just joined the service at Southampton Central after a crew change and nearly an hour to unload and load post. Once you set off, enjoy a calm jaunt through the New Forest to Bournemouth. Date: Summer 1989.
