Brief

Electric trains along the North Staffordshire Line have been messed around with by a procession of various train companies. From Stafford shuttles to stoppers slogging through Birmingham, it’s easy to forget that once upon a time, there were direct services to London via the Trent Valley.

Drive 1U30 to London Euston; calling at Alsager, Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Stafford, Rugeley Trent Valley, Lichfield Trent Valley, Tamworth, Atherstone, Nuneaton, Rugby and Milton Keynes Central.
