Brief: The days of HST workings on the Midland Mainline are rapidly coming to an end. EMR now only operate three repainted ex LNER HST sets on a select few services. You’re rostered to take 43 274 and 43 002 out of the depot and up to London on the special once per day service via Doncaster and Derby. 

You must prepare your set from cold before proceeding into Leeds; you call at Wakefield Westgate, Doncaster, Sheffield, Chesterfield, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester, Kettering and Wellingborough. With the May timetable change only days away, this will be one of your train’s last runs.
