1st October 2021>Hello, this is one ‘standard’ scenario for the lovely ‘WCML Midlands & Northwest’ route from ATS:

Hello driver, you begin this scenario being held at a red signal outside Crewe. You have been tasked with working 68009 from Crewe as far as Preston with five mk2 coaches in tow including four freshly painted Scotrail ones which are heading north in readiness for the Fife loco hauled contract to get underway. This working is to Carlisle Kingmoor, but you will be relieved at Preston. You have been allowed to leave early so may well get held at some points on your trip north so be aware of signals and lastly, your maximum permitted speed today is 100 mph, enjoy the run. The max Speed for a Loco plus five coaches is 90mph on a line 100mph or more
James, thanks for your comment stating the correct speed. I must have been aware of that at some stage but slipped my mind on this one! Hope it didn’t detract from the drive too much.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing some OOM crashes with this. I suspect this might be down to the recent TS22 update as some people have seen a rise in OOM crashes since the update. Other people (including myself during testing) have managed to complete the scenario without any issues. All I can suggest, if you have TS Tools, would be to delete some of the static AI around the Crewe area as it is fairly well populated when the scenario first starts. I could upload a ‘lite’ version with the static coaches removed if you would like me to but I wont be able to do that till later this evening when I’m back from work. Hope you can manage to play it successfully in the end. Anything else I can be of assistance with, feel free to get in touch Angus.
