1st May 2022Hello, this is one ‘standard’ scenario for the WCML Over Shap route available from Steam.
Length: Approximately. 75 minutes.

To install, simply extract the .zip file using whichever software you have and copy the ‘Content’ folder to your RailWorks install “usually” found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks
>Scenario Guide:
You begin this scenario at Preston having just taken over the controls of 390122 on Virgin’s 1S87 the 16:57 departure from London Euston to Glasgow Central which you will work as far as Carlisle this evening calling at all stations on route as booked. As ever it’s been a day of trials and tribulations on the West Coast and due to earlier issues, you will be leaving Preston around ten minutes late. A fine summer’s evening so far but storms have been reported over the tops as you head north. A detailed manual with links to everything you need is included with the download.

I too wasn’t able to open these doors at Lancaster… Not a big deal anyway, very good scenario!
Can’t open the doors at Lancaster for some reason, and therefore can’t complete this scenario.
David, sorry to hear you’re having a slight issue with this one. I can assure you the scenario works as other people have commented saying it was fine and it has been tested thoroughly before release as they always are. Lancaster is a known to be a buggy station in TS, next time you run it try stopping at a distance of 0.02 or 0.01 instead of bang on 0.00 and that will quite possibly resolve your issue of not being able to open the doors.
