9th April 2022Hello, this is one ‘standard’ scenario for the lovely ‘Leeds Lines’ route available from Alan Thomson Sim.
Length: Approximately 45 minutes.

To install, simply extract the .zip file using whichever software you have and copy the ‘Content’ folder to your RailWorks install “usually” found here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks
>Scenario Guide:
You begin this scenario at York ready to depart with Northern’s 2T28 the 19:28 departure to Leeds via Church Fenton with ex-Scotrail 158782 as your traction. There was major disruption earlier in the afternoon following a power supply issue in the Leeds area and there are still heavy delays and cancellations ongoing so a clear run is far from guaranteed. As the previous service was cancelled you have an SSO for Church Fenton meaning you will now be calling at all stations this evening, enjoy. Another Great Scenario there john and was great a little scenario from York to Leeds Especially in my favourite DMU didn’t like the fact I was limited to 75MPH however didn’t draw away from the entertainment
Keep doing what you are doing fun fact I didn’t need to tab any signals on route and the doors did open at YORK

home1967, sorry you’re seemingly unable to open the doors at York. No one else has had this issue and looking at the comments the scenario has worked as intended for several others. The doors should open as soon as you press ‘T’ after reading the popup box. If that is not the case, I would suggest a reinstall of the Leeds Lines route and the relevant 158 packs too to see if that solves the issue.

Hi John, Another great scenario, did have a small hitch. I was stopped by a red at L3692 approaching Leeds. You said not to TAB a signal unless instructed to do so. I saw that 1K31 set off from P15 went a few yards then stopped, and had still not moved after 10 mins. I reloaded and found that the only way to get in to P14 was to TAB L3692, which was approved and I managed to complete the scenario. I did notice that after I arrived at P14, 1K31 did set off and continue without stopping again. Obviously Isaac didn’t have the same problem.
Hi Barrie, thank you, as always for taking the time to leave a comment and for your feedback, I’m very sorry to hear you had a slight issue with this one though. Unfortunately that issue didn’t appear in several tests of it before release and not everyone is having the same problem (one of the many vagaries of the Train Sim we know and love!). When I have the chance to edit it, I will amend the briefing to explain that players may need to TAB signal LS3692 if they’ve been stood for more than a couple of minutes. Thanks for highlighting this Barrie and I hope, despite that, it didn’t detract from the drive too much for you.
