Northern is currently taking delivery of 17 Class 323 units from West Midlands Railway to bolster their fleet. Today you will be operating one of these units, still in it’s former operators colours. You will drive 2A92 from Liverpool Lime Street as far as Manchester Oxford Road, before another driver relieves your duty to operate the remainder of the route to Wilmslow. It’s a Sunday morning so traffic is pretty light, but the timetable is tight so try your best to stay on time this morning.
