OVERVIEW: You join 66796 ‘The Green Progressor’ at Humberstone Road on a warm June morning in charge of the penultimate leg of the 6M72 loaded jet fuel tanks from Grain Oil Terminal down in Kent up to Sinfin Depot near Derby. You are booked to work the train as far as Chaddesden Sidings where you will run around the train before handing over to your colleague for the remainder. Formed as a low priority freight, your maximum permitted speed is 60mph. Date = June 2026.
