Having taken over at Peterborough, you form the remainder of the 6L85 early-morning sand empties down the Fen Line from Crewe Basford Hall to Middleton Towers. At Kings Lynn, you will then run round the train before heading up the 3.8-mile branch to the quarry and prepare it for loading. Your maximum permitted speed is 60mph.

NOTES:

This scenario may be susceptible to crashing. To mitigate this, I have provided a ‘6L85 PRELOAD’ Free Roam scenario in the download, allowing the game to load in tiles in the Peterborough area. 

 

CHANGELOG:

– Added tasks in the scenario where the player is now required to run round at Kings Lynn and head up the Middleton Towers Branch. As such, the ATS IIA-F Tanpps Wagons (+ Middleton Towers Extension) is now a requirement for this scenario.

– Stock has been updated using newer products, enhancement packs, and reskins. The amount of freeware requirements has therefore been reduced.

– The player train now consists of a FL Class 66 instead of DB, and hauls HIA Wagons (from AP) rather than HYA-Bs, as correct to the scenario setting (January 2024).

– The ATS Class 755 FLIRT is also now a requirement, replacing the Greater Anglia Class 170 originally used.

– Improved scenario briefing and in-game messages with corrected typos and improved clarity.

– Weather pattern has been tweaked, and AP Cloud Enhancement Pack is now used.

– Scenario image updated to reflect changes.
